The maiden name of Margaret, Leonard Harriman's wife, is still not proven to be Palmer. This is something that has gotten out there on the internet that has no proof. Wish someone could prove that she actually was a Palmer - that would be a real find. It appears that some years ago a descendant speculated that she might be a Palmer and entered records at LDS to that effect, but since that time, it has been spread all over the internet with no source. But until someone actually has an orignal source (not just a personal GEDCOM with no sources) that proves that Margaret was a Palmer, her maiden name remains listed as unknown. It was postulated by Lois Ware Thurston, a certified genealogist, that Margaret might be relate to Hugh Smith of Rowley MA, since two of Margaret's children chose Hugh as their guardian
