I hope you by now know that the relationships you just published on Thomas and James and John are incorrect. Much of that is William Anthony's work and his work pertaining to how his family (the Scott County, Indiana, family of James and Elizabeth Stewart Harrod) connect up to others should stop being published it was refuted by Berenice Swainson over 60 years ago by family documents and letters.
John and Nancy Brewer Harrod are of no known connection to the family of James Harrod who founded Harrodsburg--I personally know the researcher pushing that idea. What's happened here is they can't find their real ancestry so they tapped into a better known line--happens with my Stephenson family too.

(Post is a re-post of one of my two proofs that should have put the issue to rest years ago. The argument was Berenice Swainson's and published in the Filson Club Quarterly--the primary source for my non-ancestor Harrod cousins in my Ancestry.com file
(I still have no computer so Ancestry holds my work now).
