Absolom, Joseph and Malakiah HARROD

On the 1790 census in Chatham NC, Hillsborough District, there is a Absolom, Joseph and Malakiah HARROD. Does anyone have this group in their tree and know any more about this family group?

I am researching a Herod (Harrod) Mauldin (Maulden/Maldin/Malden) who married a Naomi Hawkins. It is suspected he is the son of a James Mauldin who had also been in the Chatham NC, Hillsborough District during this era. I am thinking perhaps this James Mauldin married a Harrod.

Thanks - Ron
