Benjamin Harrod living in Wake Co. NC in 1790

Looking for a Benjamin Harrod who lived in Wake Co., NC. 1790 census shows him having 7 sons under age 16, and 2 daughters. He also had one slave. He was gone from Wake Co. by 1800.

Other Harrods in the area were Joseph, James (my line), Joh, Martin, and William Sr. We have an unknown sibling...could Benjamin be the one?
