Looking for info on John Heart/Hart, name believed to be German and originally Hartz.
Lived in KY appr. 1800-1823. Lost a prosperous fame through a defect in the title. Went broke trying to get it back through the courts, and moved with at least some of his children, inc. Jacob and Miles, to Crawford Co., IL.
