According to my notes from various sources Malissa appears to be Mary Ann Malissa Lindsey. She MAY have been a daughter or younger sister of William Lindsey. She married a Harvell (Stephen or perhaps John Stephen)before 1805 or so. Children generally thought to be 2 daughters (Kissiah and Frances)and 2 sons(Ellis and William).

Kissiah m Micajah Paulk 19 Mar 1823. Frances m Seth Honeycutt. Ellis m Pricilla Paulk.

After her first husband's death Mary m: John Paulk, Elisha Price then a Mr Reece. She died in Aug 1870 and is buried in the Harville cemetery near Irwinton.

This branch of the family generally used the Harville spelling after moving to Wilkinson County. Ellis left many descendents as did Frances. I am not aware of any other children of Malissa but do not have any real information.
