Nancy,
Thanks, I did have trouble back in the middle 90's with surname Hoeszel. The Monroe Co. marriage record register shows as Frederick D. Hoeszel & Lena Marx April 11, 1898. He was a resident of Maybee, MI & Lena from Detroit. I traced Fred's ancestors to 1870 in Raisinville, MI. He had a sister, Maggie 3 years older, other than that, the lines jibes. I'm having problems on tracing Fred & Lena's descendants.(they moved from Detroit back to Exeter aft.1900. Fred worked with my grandfather, Henry and Richard Otto Marx (brother-in-law)in
the sheet metal business while in Detroit.
Surnames link: Weisel, Holtzinger, Herkimer, Mayer, Robinson, Quackenbush, Fiser etc
Do you have any dates on immigration?
