My husband George's maternal grandfather was George Joseph
Haury. He was born in Erhart, Medina County, Ohio, January 1, 1872. He died March 9, 1951. His father's name was John Haury. His mother's maiden name was Elizabeth April.
George Haury's wife was Helen Easaterwood, born in Grafton, Lorain County, Ohio in 1875. Her mother was Sarah Beckwith. Her father was Cornelius Easterwood.
George Haury's progenitors, said to have been seven brothers, were from French provines of Alsace and Lorraine. Their port of entry was New Orleans.
