I have some files (trees and lists) for my branch of the tree that I got from an Australian relative.

I'm part of the French side of the family, descendants of Peter Hawthornthwaite (1683-1760), who was a whitesmith, clock and watch maker in Kirkby-Lonsdale, UK. He married Elizabeth Hardy. They both died in Westmorland UK.

send me an email at cedric.hawthorn@europe.com, I'll send you the files if you are interested.

Best regards.
