I am of Hawthorn/e decent and live within a couple of miles of my origin, i do beleive that i am also connected to the family of bray although we have not found the missing link yet. My mothers cousin did all the hard work of our family tree which goes back to Richard Hawthorn B.1661in warfeild i do beleive they are connected to the bray family who moved from bray to binfeild, as bray warfeild and binfeild make a triangle in the middle is Hawthorn hill which may also have a connection somewhere. There are wills and documents of hawthorns in this area as far back as 1500 (have not seen yet)I know my decendants left warfeild for sunninghill, from there to cookham ,battersea london then back to bracnell and warfeild how strange in four hundred years.
