There is a William A. Hawthorn, born 1899, buried in the Scottdale Cemetery, Westmoreland Co.,PA.That is two counties south of Jefferson. I don't know if he is a descendant of your two William Hawthorns or not. Also listed with him are Margaret Hawthorn b. 1899 and Andrew and Susannah Hawthorn, and John J. Hawthorn, all born at earlier dates. I can check on those dates if you want them. I have a letter written in WWI from William A Hawthorn to his mother, Mrs. John J. Hawthorn.
