Thanks for your response. I posted my message 5 yrs ago, any response is greatly appreciated.
Would you have any dates on Bashir and his family? What I have been doing over the years is collecting as much data as possible, and usually what happens is sooner or later a name will "pop up" again, and I can then match it to what I have and add more data. Even going to the side of the family (like a cousin, aunt, uncle, brother or sister-in-law) can help in the match. I've been doing this with my father's side of the family, and have found many relatives that match up.
So, it would be very helpful if you had data on Bashir his wife, his siblings, his kids, and their wives. Anything, no matter how small will help.
My grandfather Oscar Hayeck, was born in Aleppo, Syria in 1901. His father died before he was born. It is said that Oscar's father, Razallah, (not sure about the spelling) could have had up to 12 sister's and brother's.
Hope to hear from you again.
