John Anderson Hayes or Hays (Hitting brick wall on him) was born 1797 SC and died 1875 Barnwell Co., SC. His first wife was Mary S Harley b. Before 1805 ; d. May 25 1840 Barnwell Co., SC. She is the daughter of James Harley and Jane Ann Creech. Here is the list of their children:
Jane Ann - b. Abt 1827 d. 1880 Carrabelle, Florida
She married to Leroy Allen.
Son name ? b. about 1825 - 29 died young before 1840
James b. Abt 1834 d.?? Married whom.
Mary b. Abt 1837-38 Died before 1850.
John Anderson Jr. b. 1840 d 1899
His second wife was Catherine Blanchard Campbell. They were married on April 26 1843. Catherine first husband was Richard Creech Roberts - he died April 1, 1841.
Hope to hear from anyone that can help me to find his parents.
