By now you may have already found this info on Roots Web, but just in case, I thought I'd jot down what little bit I know.
The Andrew of which you spoke, married Mary (Molly) Armentrout (b 1781-d1853)and had the following children: Henry 1802, Martha 1804, Elizabeth abt 1808, John 1817.
Andrew's parents were Andrew (in my notes I add a SR. to this Andrew, although I've not found him referred to as such) and Martha Hayslett. Some entries listed his mother as "unknown", so the name of Martha may not be varified. Their 10 children were: HENRY b abt 1775 of Berkely WV, HANNAH b 1778 WV, ANDREW b 1778/9 of WV, ROBERT abt 1780 WV, ELIZABETH abt 1782 WV, MARY abt 1783 Rockbridge, VA, JEAN abt 1784 VA, EZEKIAL abt 1790 VA, NANCY abt 1795 VA, & ANN 1798/9 also in Rockbridge.
It shows Andrew "Jr." and Molly burried at Oxford Cemetery, Rt 677 in Rockbridge. There are several other documented transaction between both Andrews and people in the County of Rockbridge. Andrew "Sr."'s father is just listed as "Hayslett, b abt 1730". Some of Andrew "Sr."'s possible siblings are: Thomas abt 1750, Robert abt 1755 and James abt 1758.
Hope this is helpful. If you happen to know any of ANN's children, could you get back to me? She married a Samuel Moore, and I'm trying to see if this could be the same "SAMUEL & ANNIE MOORE" mentioned as the parents of my last known ancestor, Andrew H. Moore (b. 1828) who married Caroline Drain in 1857, also in Rockbridge VA. It's such a BIG coincidence that Ann Hayslett married a "Samuel Moore" and the fact that her father's name was "Andrew" could well explain her naming a son, Andrew H. Moore. Just reaching....but it does make sense!
