Herman Heacker
was born (according to his daughter) on Dec. 22, 1849
He died in Los Angelas Co., CA on December 04, 1929
I have his CA death certificate and have corresponded with the cemetery (Inglewood Cemetery) in which he was buried. His tablet is marked " Father" Herman H. Heacker. (date of birth shown on his tablet (1851) is incorrect, I have verified this with the cemetery's records. (1851 is acctually Herman's wife's birthdate, I've discovered)

I have a copy of a family letter, written by Herman's son, Harry George HECKER, that makes reference to Herman's sister's married names NIEMES and FULLMER. The letter (written circa 1956) includes other information about the family history that ties to Maud's writings. It touches back as far as the immigration of the family to America but nothing prior to this event.
