Don't know if this is much help, but I am related to both Jacob and Delilah Heater. My grandfather was a Heater (on my mother's side), and my grandmother was a Riffle (0n my mother's side). From doing my genealogy, my Riffle line looks more like a "family wreath" than a family tree..for example, my maternal granfather's aunt was also my maternal grandmother's grandmother. Delilah Heater's maiden name was Riffle, and the names Heater, Riffle, Blake, and Posey, appear many times married to each other. They married as close as first cousins, so don't be surprised if you start to find this.....it can be confusing, but it did happen since the area was so rural, and in each "town" there would only be a handful of families. So, you may find a Heater married to a Heater, or a Riffle married to a Riffle, etc.

Hope this helps you sort thru some of your info.
