Trying to identify the family of Elizabeth Heater born approx. 1818 probably in New Jersey. She married in 1838 in Pike County, PA. to Avery C. Hewitt. They left there about 1850 and settled in Wisconsin. Then moved from there to Michigan in 1861. They divorced in 1871 and she remarried a John Raycroft/Raycraft in 1872. I lose them after the 1880 census. She had ten children with only two surviving to adulthood. They were Laura Hewitt Erwin and Caroline Hewitt Potter/Rotter. Any help in locating the Heater family would be appreciated. Thanks!
