Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

In the research that my brother has done, we know that many of our relatives live Tarboro, Rocky Mount, and Halifax County. There are many Hedgepeth's who are members of the Haliwa-Saponi Indian tribe in Holister with which we are trying to make a connection. We have traced to R.R. Hedgepeth (married 1821). If any of these ring a bell, contact me through e-mail. (Cuz)
