I have a Albert Nute Hedgpeth born Apr. 6 1864 in Madison Co., Ark. He is the son of Samuel McDowell Hedgpeth, MD. and his second wife Julia Anna Gibson. Julia and some of her children moved to Calif.,sometime after Dr.Sam died in 1875. I am descended from Dr. Sam and his first wife Sarah Wilson. If you want more info. on Dr. Sam and his ancestors you can e-mail me.Albert had a brother Matt,
two sisters, Laura Ida (she married William Rufus Hedgpeth,a cousin)and Sea Pearl. Nikki
