I'm just starting this process and have been reading all of the postings. I'm Jimmy Dale Hedgepath, Jr. I have an interesting story about the spelling of my last name and if you'd like to hear it, I'll share. My father is Jimmy D. Hedgepeth b. 1934 in Jacksonville, AL and his father was Loyd Henry Hedgepeth b. abt. 1910 in Jacksonville, AL. I don't know his father's name, but I do know that he was married twice. He fathered 10 children by his first wife and 9 by his second. I'm sorry, I don't have information on either of the wives, but it does appear that the Hedgepeth men were very prolific! Any information anyone can share about this line would be greatly appreciated.
David Hedgpeth, - I have an Uncle David Hedgepeth from Anniston. Do you know him, or of his line by chance?
