Richard's son Samuel was married to Frances Elmira Logan in 1851 in Cherokee county, Tx. Frances Logan had a sister named Zuleme Logan who married Edwin Thomas Allison in 1856 in Cherokee county Texas. She named her first child Frances and her son George. We know that Frances Allison later married a Will Wilson in Hamilton county, Tx and had several children. George Allison, her brother was living with a man named Pace in Henderson county, when his father remarried in 1871 to an Elizabeth Pace. We have lost track of him since then. Frances Logan Allison must have died before 1870 since she doesnt' appear in that census with her husband and their two children in Freestone county. The Allisons were also from TN, we think Gibson county and Rutherford county and later were in MS. We know families travel together in those days and are looking for other connections. Frances Logan Heidelberg named one of her daughters, Zelime, after her sister. I am related to the Logan side but am interested in any family connections.
