Searching for any information on Edward Hime (heim) and wife Matilda Worthman. They are buried and lived most of their adult lives in Darke Co, Ohio, but both were born in Germany (on one census it says PreuBen, which I take is northern Germany). Edward was born between 1821-1827 and Matilda abt. 1830.

They had 5 children 4 of whom lived to adult:
Edward b. abt. 1857 in Ohio
Otto b. Feb. 1859 in Montgomery Co., OH
Harmon b. Apr 1861 in Darke Co., OH
Matilda b. Jan 1865 in Darke Co., OH
Emma b. abt. 1867 in Darke Co., OH

Edward is only on the 1860 census (I have been unable to locate Edward, Sr. and Matilda on the 1850 census).
The other 4 children married and had offspring. I am descended from Otto.

The last name is spell Heim, Hime, and Himes on family records so am not sure which is correct.

Any help is appreciated.

Ginger Redman-McConnell
