The handwriting is difficult to decipher. Has anyone heard of a similar name? This man was a German farmer b. abt 1800. His son, Henrich was a "sugar baker" (anyone know what that is?) who emigrated to London c. 1844, married Eleanor Gill in 1848, fathered Catherine ellen in 1851, went to NY c. 1857. thanx
