R0n,
I am a Helwig descendant who has researched our genealogy for the last seven years. I believe we are all one large family from Transylvaniia. This is entirely possible not just by the reoccurring names, but by the amount of children the Helwig's tended to have. I am Jamaican born , Christoph and Frederick Helwig were the first two Helwig males to make a home on the island. I am also related to Pennsylvania Helwigs, Canadian, English, mid-west, Texas...you name it! PLEASE e-mail me directly and we can compare notes!
Thank you!
Karin Spies-Singer
