Hemmingsen b. unk., d. after 1962 Seattle, King Co., WA last known address, Henry's shoe Repair business 6544 Cleopatra Place, Seattle, WA.Henry was working as a shoemaker in Seattle as early as 1920.Married Rose Olive Delk, b. unk, probably in Eureka Springs, Carroll Co., AR d.6 Apr 1972 Seattle, King Co., WAHenry C. and Rose, known as Ollie, had three children, Henry G., Jeanette D., and Bessie D.

Henry G. b. Unk. d. unk. Married Sally E. Unk b. 20 Aug 1909 d. May 1980.Henry G.worked for Rhodes Dept. Store in Seattle in 1930 located at 6544 8th Ave. NW; then in 1935 was listed as a clerk for Robert A. Campbell on W. 73rd; In 1937 he became a drier for A.G.Co near his father's work place on Cleopatra.In 1955 he was a salesman for Glazier Brothers Tobacco, and remained with the company when the company changed names to General Cigar in 1957. He went on to be a factory representative in the 1960s for the Jose Escalanti business who bought out General Cigar.In 1983, Henry G. has retired and is living with either a second wife or daughter, Georgene at 3009 NE 97th St.Henry and Sally had two possibly three sons--one son named Henry L. b. 23 Oct 1931.
Jeanette D. first became listed as a worker in her father's store in 1924 on 15th Av NE.By 1926 she was a packer in the shoe shop that her father was working in and later her father bought.Sometime between 1926 and 1930, Jeanette married.I am told she was married to a man named Davis, and later to a man by the name ofWard Townsend. Jeanette and her first husband had three children- all girls- Delores b. ca 1926; Colleen b. ca 1927; and Jackie b. ca 1929.
Bessie D. b. unk d. unk.Worked with her father in the shoe shop in 1926 as an usher.She married a man whose first name was Roy.Bessie developed cripling arthritis and her husband was her caretaker.
