My Thomas Henderson was born in Pennsylvania in 1796 he moved to Adams County Ohio (which was comprised of several counties that exist there today) He married a woman named Judith Conner (whose father is from Ireland) They got married in 1816. Judith's mother moved along with them to Putnum Township of Fulton County Illinois. They moved there just before 1850. I do know that most Hendersons are Scottish. Even some fled to Ireland and then came to the U.S.

I believe that Thomas's Parents might have been Daniel and Mary Henderson. There was a naming tradition back then and judging by Thomas's children this should be the case. Do you currently reside in Illinois.

I live in Havana IL not far away from Cuba IL where they lived. Do you have the dates of your family when they lived and died?
