Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Doris,
My HENKEs mostly came from Neidermehnen, Westphalia, Prussia and immigrated to the US settling in Cincinnati, OH where they owned a tailor shop downtown. My immediate HENKE line has run it's course. My g-grandmother, who married the tailor, Walter Wilhelm HENKE only had daughters. Her sons and set of twins died right after birth. My grandmother, Eleanor Henke, married an Irishman, Aniel Sylvester Breen. I have my HENKE line back to Adam Heinrich Henke b. 1769.
