Surname Origin

I have been searching the net trying to get any information on the origin of the name, Henkes, needless to say when I came accross the name I was excited. As you probably know Henkes is not a common surname. As far as I know it is either German or Dutch. If you have any further information I would appreciate receiving an E-mail from you.
