I was born in Gettysburg, Pa (Adams County) & My father's name was Richard Emmert Hankey (Born: 1898). I never had the opportunity to know my grandparents & I was given no names or birthplaces of them. My father had one brother & one sister that I know of. I'm sorry that I can't give you anymore info for you see, my grandparents died when I was quite young. I do think that we were of Prussian decent. I hope this help's.
