Pauline and William Sr. were my grandparents and Amelia my gr-grandmother.

Pauline Louise Henning was born in Barwalde, Pomerania on 12/05(06)/1872. To Amelia Nimtz and August Henning. She married William Henry Craig, Sr. on 4/15/1892 and died 4/9/1952. They had 6 children. William was the second child and the oldest son and I have his DOB as 10/17/1894. (My mother was the youngest, Bernice Lucille b. 7/10/1913.) Pauline came to America 4/15/1889 with her mother, Amelia and her brother Carl. One interesting fact is that she travelled as Paul disguised as a boy. Pauline, William Sr. and Amelia (Emilie is what she travelled as and owned property as) are buried at Greenlawn Cemetery in East Longmeadow, MA.

William Henry Craig, Sr. was born 7/12/1868 in West Springfield, MA and died 4/12/1949. He was the son of Llewellyn L. and Olivia J. Covey Craig who are buried in Oak Grove Cemetery in Springfield, MA.

Amelia Nimtz was born 1/13/1836 in Alemania, Germany. Her mother's maiden name was Buse and she was married to August Henning. She died 2/19/1929.

I have more info on William Jr's siblings, if you'd like, and quite a lot on the Craig side but I have very little on your grandfather. I'd love to exchange more with you.
