My deceased husband, John is the son of James A. Henning, b. 1869 Pennsylvania, d. July 1j948 at Westboro, Atchison County, Missouri.
His death certificate on the MO Archives Death Certificates online shows that Robert Henning is his grandfather and was born in Ireland. The family has given , b. about 1841 in Ireland and died 8 June 1881 in Missouri. I remember my husband telling that Robert had gone with grain to be milled. On the return trip he was drowned in a swollen creek. Do you have any further information on Robert's children? Thanks. I can give you more information.
Sincerely,
Ann Henning
