Ok, I looked at some census, 1900 there were 5 Henry's, county that I found them in. Allamakee, Black Hawk, Grundy & Jasper. 1910 4 Henry's in Clayton county, Howard, Boone, Obrien, Do you known his fathers name. The Henry I am thinking of his mother or wife was Dorthea, or Dora. I had a lady I was communicating with in Denver that was related to them, but lost contact. I think she passed away. These were the ones in Charter oak. My Great grandfather was Charles/Carl Henning. No Henrys in the family. Could that be short for Henrich or something similar. Doris
