My records show that the parents of your Hannah Jane Hemion Wanamaker were John Osborne Hemion b. 24 May 1819 and Anne Marie Christie b. 3 Jan 1819. This from a letter written in 1939 by Norman Hemion to his nephew Roger who shared it with me. Further, in Jerry Kral's publication on Hemions on the shelf at the library in New City, NY, I read that John Hemion Jr., son of John and Margaret Osborne, died 5 March 1898 78-9-18 bur. Airmont Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Ramapo. He married Anna Marie Christie, d/o Hon. D. J. Christie 25 Aug 1839 at Ramapo RDC, Mahwah, NJ. She died 9 Dec 1905 86-11-6. Kral has your Hannah as born 17 April 1844 bp. 4 May 1844 Saddle River Lutheran Chruch.
