James Harrington/Herrington sandlake halfmoon NY

I'm descended from and want to know the parentage and ancestry of James Harrington/Herrington, born 1751, who married Christina Coons in New Bethlehem Ny and they later lived in Sand lake, and then Half moon NY. I'm descended from thier daughter Hannah who married George Beadle/Bedell (also looking for his parentage and ancestry - 1741-1840). James and Christina had only son, John Tarpenning, Tempenning, Terpenning, etc, and at his baptism were his sponsors, John and janetje tarpenning, which suggest a family connection I don't know of? Since the first born son of John Terpenning Harrington was Abraham, and another son was Jenks, this iw what I think, that James was a son of Capt John Harrington who married Mary Randall. A source or more says he was different from the John Harrington who married a Hannnah Aylesworth, and so he didn't marry Hannah as his second wife, and he died in 1762 in RI. An Abraham Harrington of Greenbush NY area married Mary Coons, Christina's sister. This Abraham was a son of Abraham Harrington who married Ann Vincent. I think James Harrington was raised past the age of 11 at his father's death by the Abraham Sr. and I think Captain John was Jame's father because it would have meant Captain John's son, named Jenks born in 1752 was James' brother and so why also James' son named his son Jenks. Also, Captain John's parents were John and whatsername Jenkes, daughter of Gov Jenks, and that John Harrington's folks were Benjamim and whatsername (White) Harrington/herrington/Herendeen etc., and I've written this all from memory, and I really want to know if I'm right or not about the ancestry of James Harrington, so appreciate help on this one, if anyone knows. Thanks - Andrew.
