Hi Linda, I too am Looking for a John Herndon b 1766 in NC, and dying in Fayette County,Ga in 1830,who may have Married a Jane or Jencey Canida.She too b 1769 and died 1840 She being Born in Va, and is buried Somewhere in Georgia,in or Near Fayetteville,I believe.
Sure enough Too Many John's,James,and Same names for the Juniors,LOL. Respectfully Richard.
