I am searching for a gaunt and uncle by the name of Hertzberg-Joseph and Ida(Weintraub).Idas name I found in my gfathers obit of 1926,Chicago. His name is Max J.Weintraub
According to the information that I have gathered on them is wrong and I am wondering how to go abt finding information that is correct. I cannot get the year of her death-the right parents and so I am thinking that perhaps I have the wrong people too.
The information that I am sure of is Joseph and Ida(Weintraub)Hertztberg.My gfather was b in 1853-1872-parents are Mollie and Philip Weintraub.If he was born in 1863-and she was born in 1892 and died in 1963 and in 1959 I feel that She is the wrong Ida. I can see maybe twenty years but not thirty years nor can I see her dying in the 80s or 59/
I sent away for her vits in Latvia but they said that I did not have enough information on her to warrent their time.Where therfore do I get the information?
Can someone help me?I cannot afford to hire a professional.
I have been hitting the same snags for two in a half years.
