Your elusive Margaret HESLIN's parents were probably
John HESLIN and Mary KELLY both from Ireland.

Here is how I solved this:
Given: Margaret HESLIN b. 1922
Search: 1930 US Census - Brooklyn, NY
Found: 2 Margaret HESLINs born about 1922

Given: Margaret's mother born in Ireland
Search: 1930 US Census
Found: Only one of the HESLINs mother born in Irish Free State

Given: Margaret's mother sailed on Titanic Apr.1912
Search: 1930 US Census
Found: Only one of the HESLINs mother arrived in 1912

Given: As per 1930 US Census, Margaret's mother (age 38 on census) married at age 22.
Found: That would make the marriage year 1914.

Given: The marriage year 1914
Search: the NY City Marriage Database for a John HESLIN marrying someone by the name of Mary....
Found: His bride's name is Mary KELLY
Feb 22, 1914 Cert. #5295 Manhattan

Given: Bride's name and the fact she allegedly sailed on the Titanic in 1912
Search: Titanic survivor database
Found: Miss Mary Kelly age 22 3rd Class Ticket#14312 cost 7pds 15shillings boarded: Queenstown (presently Cobh, Ireland)
Mary Kelly would have been born in 1892.

Pass the assistance forward. Help someone else with a genealogical problem.
