Hi, Michael:
Kathleen Heslin, who owned the Heslin House in Wharton, N.J., was
my aunt. It was a grand place in its day. It was destroyed by fire in the
1980s. I want to offer you this: when I was a youngster, maybe 6 or 7,
Kathleen took me at least twice to visit "cousins'' in Binghamton. I don't
remember their names, only that there were maybe two girls my age or a
bit older (I am 49), and that their house was on or near a farm. They or
their neighbors kept horses. I have some information on the Wharton line
of Heslins. I will dig it out and send it along if you are interested. Happy
Thomas E. Heslin
