The Josephine (Josephene Heyne) that married Joseph Barhorst that I have not been able to locate is (I think... and want to verify) found in the 1860 census with possible parents Clement Hayne, age 27, born in Oldenberg, Germany, Dinah, age 29, also born in Oldenberg, children are listed as born in Ohio: Mary, age 10, in school, Josephine, age 6, in school, Charles, age 2, and Henry 6/12. Listed in the same household #442 is Chas Hayne, age 57, farmer, born in Oldenberg, Germany, real. val. 2,500.

The household before them is Godfrey, age 54, born in Oldenberg, Germany, Mary, age 41, born in Oldenberg, children: Henry, age 19; Mary, age 12, in school; Bernard, age 10, in school; Gerturde, age 9, in school; Caroline, age 7, in school; Catharine, age 4; Dinah, age 1.

Does anyone have any other information about these families. I would like to prove that this is my Josephine born 18 oct 1855. I have listed that she was born in Cranberry Prairie, Mercer, Ohio. Married Joseph Bernard Barhorst in dec of 1877 in Fort Loramie, Shelby, Ohio and died 2 may 1933 in Carthagena, Mercer, Ohio.

Thank you.
