Kalmuki Christian Church

Greetings from land of Downunder
I am researching one of my ancestors Gladys (nee Garner) and Albert Adams. I have been told that Albert (Uncle Ted) was one of the founding members of the Kaimuki Christian Church in Kiamuki. Uncle Ted was a minister.

I would love to find out more about the Kaimuki Church when it was actually founded and its history as well as any photos of the church. Is it still there today?

Gladys died prior to 1978, as I remember visting Uncle Ted and his second wife in June of 1978. As I do not have the exact date when she died I was wondering if a cemetery is near the Kaimuki Christian Church where she could be buried?

As they did not have any children I would like to obtain a copy of her death certificate, but do not know how to go about this? Any help in this matter will be greatfully appreciated.
