Seeking info on the MONTE and LAHAINA Ohana in Hawaii

I have been performing a genealogy on my MONTE family roots for some 7 years now. I know my lineage originated in Castille la Vieja, or Old Castille, Northern Spain. The first Monte to leave that area was Diego del Monte, in the year 1493, on Columbus's second voyage which landed in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Here Diego del Monte disembarked and settled in Mayaguez. My Great Grandfather was Felice Monte, born in Mayaguez about 1861. My Great Grandmother was Sebastiana Marrero, born in Mayaguez about 1859. They had 3 sons - the first born, my Grandfather John Eraquio Monte, born in Mayaguez, on November 14th, 1879. He had two brothers: Pedro and Dionicio Monte. In 1900, my Grandfather left Mayaguez, P.R., and traveled to Honolulu, Hawaii where he had a job waiting as a 'Luna' at the USDA Makiki Agricultural Experiment Station (the pre-cursor to Univ of Hawaii, Manoa). He married a full blooded Hawaiian woman named Annie Moehihio Lahaina and they had 3 sons, the first born my Father John Gregory Monte Jr. born April 7th, 1906. In 1914, my Grandfather open his own business - THE MONTE DAIRY, on Kalawahine Ridge, Makiki area, Honolulu, Hawaii. Any/all information from Spain, Puerto Rico, or Hawaii would be a blessing!
