Hello Dyann,
I think you are looking for Charles Edwin Hickenlooper (b 1883), the youngest son of William Caleb Hickenlooper and Emily Jane Swift Gould. His father, William Caleb was born 24 Nov 1856 in Salt Lake City, the son of William Haney Hickenlooper and Sarah Cordelia Ward. He married Emily Jane Swift Gould 30 Jul 1881 in Salt Lake City. She was the daughter of Samuel Gould and Fanny Ward so William Caleb and Emily were first cousins through their mothers.
William Caleb died 10 Dec 1887. I don't have the place of his death. His mother married Samuel Ferrin, Jr. 22 Oct 1890. She died 25 May 1943. I don't have the place for that either.
I hope this helps you. You can probably find information on Charles Edwin's siblings and marriage at familysearch.org. If you are ever able to fill in the gaps in my information, I would appreciate getting those missing places.
