Who is David Hiddleston 1750 Cumberland Co. PA??

Does anyone know this David Hiddleston mentioned in the July 31, 1750 Minutes of Provincial Council of PA? It concerns log cabins that a group of men had built in an area reserved for Indians in frontier Delaware County( today Cumberland Co. PA.David Hiddleston, William White , George and William Galloway and George Cohoon were forced by British authorities to leave their homes . Does anyone know this David or connect him to James Hiddleston who in 1782 is living in Mifflin County and married to Tamara Beale?
