My Dad told me that the grop of Hiers's in Miles City, MT came from Florida or Georgia.
All I know was that There was a big family, most of the kids died young exect my great grand father Jesse Hiers and My grandfather, Robert. Robert fuaght in WWII, married Betty Edwards of Sydney Aust. and moved back to Miles City and died in the 50's. The graveyard in Custer CountyMT) is filled with Hiers' anybody know of this?
