Hi Rae,

Thanks for your response.

I hope you have all your Christmas shopping done. I went out for some groceries early this morning and the streets were already full of last minute shoppers.

Rae, you are the first person I have met that even appears like we are related. Just your hearing of Wurtsburg puts you at the top of my Hiers cousins. So that makes us cousins without any research.

The info you posted with your note I have. Barbara (1852) is my g grandmother and Barbary is my gg grandmother.

But so far that is all I have.

When you get time, please send me your Hier ancestors names and dates. With your info, I may be able to search in new places.

I am anxiously awaiting your info. You may contact me directly, if you wish, at rwood238 at comcast.net

Thanks again for responding and have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

The Dash

He noted that first came the date of her birth
And spoke of the following date with tears,
But he said what matter most of all
Was the dash between those years

For the dash represents all the time
That she spent alive on the earth
And now only those who loved her
Know what that little line is worth - Unknown
