My g-grandfather spent most of his life from age 15 - 35 living in Cloud county. He was a United Brethren traveling minister as was his brother James L Pearson.I have done much work on the family and have a Hileman connection.
Michael's first wife Anna died in 1890 and is buried in Sulphur Springs, Cloud County KS.Michael then married a Lillie J (?) Hileman, a widow. They moved to Idaho and in the 1900 ID census they show as having 5 children plus a Bell D Hileman b 1887 KS with father being born in IA.The 1920 WA census shows a Orva L. Hileman b 1886 as head of household with his mother Lillie J age 56 and a half brother Pearson and a half sister Pearson living with him.
my home e-mail is [email protected] if there is a connection
