Does anyone know the parents of FRANCIS MARION HILLEGAS BORN 4 March, 1848, possibly Coshocton, Ohio?? He married MARGARET BIRD SCOTT on 28 Aug 1877 in Coshocton, Ohio. He had a sister named Elizabeth J. Hillegas who married William Graham on 15 Oct. 1868 in Coshocton, Ohio. FRANK anS MARGARET had 9 children and they are as follows: Charles Andrew, William Winfield, Mary Gertrude, Francis Earl, Emma Jane, Jessie Maud, Margaret Edith, James Russell, and Nellie Mae.
