Pat,
Yes, that's her. She died in 1900, possibly from complications of childbirth, since one of her children died about the same time.
I'm trying to find out all I can about her ancestors and possibly a little more about her other descendants. That's why I'm interested to find out if there are any copies of the book available for purchase.
