Bob, I am helping my husband with his family research, and we are among the fortunate owners of a copy of the Dickey-Hillhouse genealogy book. My husband is descended from Robert S. Hillhouse and Mary Inman, who migrated from Giles TN to Lawrence County, MO ca 1853. His great-grandmother, Martha Caroline Hillhouse Gibson Yandell, is Robert and Mary's oldest daughter. Martha married 1) James Houston Gibson, son of Joseph D. Gibson and Nancy Jane Davidson. We have scanned photos of Robert, Mary, Joseph, Nancy, Martha, and their descendents and would be pleased to exchange information with others who are researching this branch of the Hillhousefamily.
