my dad had a son before me... he was born in Washington... he was adopted out to another family... his name was Joseph Charles Hillhouse when he was adopted out his birthday is June 7th, 1978 so he should be around 29 now... that and the fact that he was in the armes services is all i know about him... is there anyone who can help me???
